Refund Policy
Deposits and full payment required at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Refunds are available from OpenMusicEvents under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations providing more than 60 days’ notice in relation to event date are refundable at one-half the outstanding amount on the account.
- Cancellations inside 30-60 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
All cancellations and/or refund requests must be provided in writing.
Refund Process
After the necessary notice has been given per above policy, payment to OpenMusicEvents will be refunded either by check or credit card refund onto the credit card. The same credit card must be used in the refund process. Valid refunds will be returned to the client within a two week period of notification.
